Note moyenne 1,0 basée sur 2 avisI am writing to formally express my concern regarding unauthorized repairs conducted by Drury well drilling at my residence on March 17 2025 a technician from your company visited my property to inspect my well pump system. After the assessment, I was informed that the pump required replacement. I requested a detailed estimate and was assured that I would be contacted with this information, as I had to leave for work. Contrary to this agreement, the repair was completed without my authorization, and I did not receive any prior estimate or approval request The repair was conducted without obtaining my explicit consent or providing a cost estimate, which is a standard industry practice. The invoiced amount of around $6,275.91 significantly exceeds the average market rate for similar services, which I understand to be under $3,000 for both labor and parts. My attempts to address this issue through emails and text messages have been met with unresponsive replies, merely resending the invoice without addressing my concerns. So I would stay away from this company
Company calls back a day and a half later, I bring that to his attention and mention that I already had the job completed by a company that called back the same day and the Owner says that "He Doesn'T Care". Thanks for the prompt response and great customer service
