Average rating 1.0 based on 1 reviewOMS called on Wednesday to make a 4 hour delivery appointment window with me (10-2) for the Friday of the same week. I changed my schedule to accommodate them so I could receive my delivery. I waited until I received a call at 1pm from OMS saying that 3 of their drivers didn't show up for work that day, and that they could no longer make my delivery that they scheduled with me. Of course I was very upset and asked if they just realised that the drivers did not show up for work today, and why I wasn't called first thing in the morning to let me know. So I could go about my life and no longer be a delivery hostage of theirs.
Stay away from this company! Their Drivers do!!!
