i had a horrible experience with Kaycan Barrie store. i ordered 9 windows, 3 of which when delivered turned out to be incorrect. 2 of the 3 windows were replaced within a reasonable amount of time, but the bay window took over 2 months to be replaced. week after week i was told my window would be delivered and then never showed up. when i talked to customer service they told me they don't even know where my window was. totally frustrating experience. i felt like once they had my money they didn't really care about delivering the window any more. the most frustrating part of the experience was that nobody seemed to know anything about my window. i will never use or refer this company to anyone. the siding contractor also got screwed over because his work couldn't be finished until the replacement window was delivered.
