I called this company for a service call (no heat) and was the told the furnace needed to be replaced. He gave me a quote and said this is the best price...I trusted the guy, big mistake. I found out about a month later I over paid by $1500. They won't even return my call.
They came to my house to do a repair to a HWT I was renting from Reliance. They said it wasn't worth fixing and replaced it with a new one. I the process they deceiptfully ended my agreement with Reliance and signed me up Sandpiper Energy for 10 yrs. The monthly payment went up $10, I had cancellation fees and I didnt want this. I called them for help getting out of this...They hung up on me. Sandpiper Energy is no help either..they have me hooked..I will end up paying $5500 at the end of 10 yrs...that's equivalent to 5 HWT..
There should be some consumer protection from these cheats.
